A job management software provider is celebrating its best ever six months for customer acquisition and contract wins – as the company marks its 10th anniversary.

Founded in Leeds in 2013 by the now chairman Martin Port, BigChange set out to streamline field service businesses by reducing paperwork and automating their processes.

Its software now provides access to customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling, an app for engineers and technicians, financial management, vehicle tracking, business analytics and more to firms across the world, all from one platform.

A decade on, the team has welcomed 200 new customers in the last six months, along with around £19m of contract wins - both record-breaking numbers for the business, when compared to other half year periods.

Richard Warley, CEO of BigChange, said: “We couldn’t be happier to be celebrating 10 years of BigChange this month, and what better way to do with a record-breaking six months. The team has already achieved so much in 2023, with much more to come.

“BigChange’s customers are the backbone of the UK economy. They are a group of hard driving entrepreneurs and professionals that keep the country running through their essential work across plumbing, building maintenance, electrical contracting, utilities and drainage works.
